DOFF Cleaning System

The DOFF system utilises low-pressure, super-heated steam with extremely low water levels to remove biological matter, coatings, dirt and grime safely, while protecting the substrate.  Floors, masonry, terracotta, stone, brick, concrete, glazed tiles and even timber can all be cleaned with DOFF without damage, which is important in protecting the integrity of the substrate.

DOFF cleaning is particularly useful for unwanted paint layers on outside surfaces, which will help increase breathability and reduce dampness in older structures. Its efficiency and safety make it adequately specified by conservative architects on restoration projects, large and small.

Key advantages:

  • No chemical degradation
  • No saturation or residue
  • Prevention of moss or algae, and fungi regrowth

TORC Cleaning System

The TORC system delivers a gentle swirling vortex of low-pressure air, water and fine inert granulate, creating one of the most sensitive forms of surface abrasion available. This is perfect for garmenting fragile stonework, intricate carvings or soot-stained facades – allowing controlled and effective cleaning without erosion or excess damage.

Typical uses include removal of:

  • Carbon deposits from brick, stone,
  • Graffiti or historic paint
  • Limescale or biological deposits
  • Limewash deposits (in some cases)

The TORC system is completely adjustable and can be set to suit the material and condition of any façade.
